A good days work for the Drybrook team who extend their winning run.

Old Cryptians 2nd XV 12pts
Drybrook United 39pts

The United Xv travelled up to Gloucester to take on Old Cryptians following a rest week, with a few changes to the line up.
Drybrook started well playing up the slope and scored after 5 minutes when scrum half Rhys Gardner spotted a gap down the blindside of a scrum and managed to sneak in at the corner, with the conversion being narrowly missed.
Old Crypts came straight back at Drybrook, a chip over the cover defence bouncing wickedly for fullback Lee Wakefield, allowing Crypts in for a converted try.
Another 6 minutes passed until Drybrook scored through Ben “Tank” Casey who was on hand to smash his way to the line from 5 yards out, the conversion was missed.

Just on the stroke of half time fullback Wakefield sold a dummy to his opposite man to score wide right, with the conversion being missed.

Old Cryptians were first on the scoreboard in the second half, a charged down box kick allowing the Old Crypts second row to score.
Drybrook then took control for the rest of the half adding further scores through skipper Tom Smith, Gardner gettting his second and Simon Rugman who cut a superb line to score with Milner converting.
There were some fine individual performances on the day but a special mention to Callum Coe making his 2nd Xv debut.
All in all a good days work for the Drybrook team who face a stern challenge away at Old Centralians next weekend.
