A game of two halves

Drybrook U15 girls went on the road to Shaftesbury Park to play Dings, the first time the girls had played on a 4G pitch.

Drybrook turned up with only 10 players however Dings were kind enough to lend a couple from their bench.
The game kicked off and within just 2 minutes dings touched down for their first converted try.
Unfortunately even though Drybrook battled hard the half time score was Dings 45pts, Drybrook 0pts.
Drybrook regrouped at half time and dug in the second half scoring two tries from Alisha Smith, one try from Gracie Davies and one try from Courtney Webber.
The second half score line was Dings 19pts, Drybrook 20pts making the final score 64pts to 20pts to the home side.
All the girls played well and really worked hard right to the end.
Players of the match went to first time at Scrum half Sophie Crane and winger Lara Bellangeon for playing her first game of rugby.
