Here’s a lovely old photograph of a Drybrook RFC trip at Gloucester Railway station waiting to board the train to Twickenham in the late 1960’s or early 1970’s.
The photo was brought along to the nostalgia event held at the club on 13th September by Ruth Wilkes, whose father Albert “Nobby” Wilkes is stood in the right foreground behind Cyril Matthews.
Others identified so far are John Wellington and Dave “Taddy” Pegler. We also think Dave “Spuddy” Wade is in the shot but with his back to the camera.
