THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF DRYBROOK R.F.C. LTD

will take place on Wednesday 17th July
at 7.30pm in the Clubhouse.

Proposals for anyone joining the committee or
becoming an Officer need to be made in writing
to the Secretary Mr Alan Miles by 12th July 2019.

Any full member wishing to add anything to the Agenda
needs to contact the Secretary by 12th July 2019.

This is your chance to have your say on the running
of “your club”. Remember, all members can attend the
AGM however only “FULL” (£10) members are allowed
to vote on any matters arising.
