It had to happen soon and sure enough Sunday 18th September was a day to remember for Ade Price who became the first person to scoop the £1000 jackpot in the club’s lottery by guessing 4 correct numbers.
It was also a good day for Sheila Griffiths who bagged £100 for getting 3 numbers correct.
The lottery continues to provide a good source of revenue for a number of improvement programmes at the club – tickets cost £1 and can be purchased from the bar throughout the week.
