Work has begun to alleviate some of the drainage issues we incurred last season in certain areas of the pitch as well as the section in front of the covered spectator area.
A camera investigation which took place in February highlighted a number of collapsed or silted up drains which needed urgent attention.
Ian Pritchard (Mowtech Landscape and Sports Ground Maintenance) in conjunction with Phil Roberts Plant Hire are busy as we speak installing the new drains. Everything will be completed in the next few days in readiness for the new season.
