SUPPORTERS INFORMATION

Drybrook v Selby Kick off is 1pm

Pre match hospitality is by allocated ticket only (See below) – Gentlemen are required to wear jacket and tie. Ladies and Gentlemen – no jeans, trainers or rugby apparel.
Post match hospitality in the Carling room is by allocated ticket (See below) only but is more relaxed and does not require a strict dress code.

Entry to the stadium costs £5 (£2 children under 15) and tickets can be obtained from the Ticket office on the day – One match ticket covers all of the games
Junior concessions are 15 years and under. Juniors cannot attend without adults.
All seats are unreserved in the lower west stand
Disabled viewing – all requests should be directed to the ticket office – disabledaccess@therfu.com
Parking – Car passes on the day only in West/North Car Park
Car park passes – £5          Minibus passes – £10         Coach passes – £10

Twickenham ticket office will be open from 9.30am

Forms are available behind the bar if people want to order tickets in advance

Cost of a place on the supporters’ buses is £13 per person if paid in advance or £15 if paid on the day – See Andy Milner to pay in advance.

Exact departure times will be announced in due course
All buses will arrive in time to watch the Newent game at 11am
Children 10 years and older will require a function ticket in order to gain entry to the Carling Room

The club has a limited number of complimentary tickets for pre and post match functions – these will be distributed by the committee and are not transferable.
