Drybrook took Tewkesbury apart for the second time in a week, this time under the Mannings’ floodlights to move into top spot in the Gloucestershire Premier League.
The game began with Drybrook on the offensive but a number of forward passes let Tewkesbury off the hook until No 8 Andy Chesters eventually crossed for the first try.
A disjointed period of play then followed but skipper Simon Rugman got his side back on track after 20 minutes when after a strong run he put Carl Moore over with an inside pass.
Chesters grabbed his second try on 29 minutes following some impressive play from Drybrook but the home side missed the opportunity to go further ahead when two more tries were missed through forward passes.

Drybrook quickly put Tewkesbury under pressure in the second half when a driving maul led to a try for Lee Ward.
Winger Andy Bulumakau who had been having a quiet game suddenly livened things up with a mazy run that brought a try near the posts.
Chris Rawlings enjoying a rare start at outside half then made a good break and created a try for replacement Ben Large as Tewkesbury began to wither under the onslaught.
A forward rumble led to a try for Neil Morgan and then straight from the restart some delightful handling led to the same player breaking through for a cracking try.
Bulumakau was causing Tewkesbury a lot of problems with his elusive running and one such break created the space for winger Rorie Day to race over.
Uncontested scrums were brought in when Tewkesbury lost some players to injury but Drybrook kept up the pace and Tom Treherne darted over from close range.
The try scoring was completed when prop Nick Ovens capped a fine individual display by latching on to another attack to score near the posts.
Treherne converted 9 of Drybrook’s 11 tries to claim a personal tally of 23 points from the game.
Drybrook now have the chance to clinch the league title when the entertain Whitehall at the Mannings on Saturday.
