DRYBROOK RFC: The Last 25 Years – Book Launch

The Club was full of anticipation on Wednesday night as Drybrook RFC unveiled a new book chronicling the last 25 year history of the club.

Scribed by Life Member and local historian Paul Mason, the book takes you back on a trip of highs and lows over the recent history in what has been some of the most successful times the club has witnessed.

It covers from 1992 – 2017 which has seen a transformation both on the rugby field and socially with the standard of rugby at its highest level and the facilities some of the best in the country.

Every section is covered which includes Veterans, Ladies Mini/Junior and not forgetting Drybrooks famous day at Twickenham so there is something in it for everyone.

Also at the event were Club sponsors Jake hale (Hales), Neil Jeffs (New Inn) and Ian Pritchard (Mowtech) to unveil the new playing shirts which are a throwback to years now past and Polo and Dress shirts which were kindly donated by these much valued supporters of Drybrook.

If you would like to purchase a book they are available at the club for £10, a bargain if ever there was one.
Lovely Jubbley!
