Drybrook earned a comfortable bonus point victory against Chard at the mannings.
The opening period was fast and furious with Drybrook keeping the ball alive and Chard did well to keep them out.
Eventually an effective drive put the home side on the from foot and some slick handling created the space for Ben Large to open the scoring and Tom Treherne added the conversion.
Drybrook kept pressing before quickly extending their lead with a turnover deep into the Chards half before quickly moving the ball into the wide channels and a perfectly executed kick from Harry Howard found the on chasing Mitch Baldwin for an easy finish.
The home team continued to pile on the pressure and were quickly awarded their third try of the game within the first quarter with patient build up play leading to an overlap for Danny Price to score in the corner.
Chard then got into the game when a simple missed tackle from Sam Peaper gifted them an easy seven point score.
Drybrook were soon back on the attack and well executed five meter line out move lead to Mitch Hale crashing over with Treherne adding the extras.
Drybrook finished the half with a half break from Ben Large before offloading to the supporting Ben George who raced under the posts to give Drybrook a convincing lead at the break.

Drybrook started the second half with great intent with the backs and forwards linking well in open play to put the Chard defense under pressure.
Drybrook kept pressing but too often poor execution in the final third of the pitch frustrated their efforts.
Finally the home team had their first break through in second half with an effective driving maul being brought down just before the line lead to a number of close carries before Sam Peaper spotted a gap to extend Drybrooks lead.
Drybrooks final try of the the game come from a move straight off the training park seeing Tim Stevenson crash over for Drybrooks seventh try of the game with Treherne adding the extras.
The home team then took there foot of the gas and Chard began to get the upper hand in the scrum.
With Chard putting on the pressure deep in the Drybrook half the defense stayed strong keep the traveling team out before kicking the ball off the field to earn convincing 5 point win.

A number of good performances across the pitch but Will Greenway and Joe Tingle where the two eye catching performances.

Drybrook 2nds gained a welcome victory in this very competitive league over Bristol visitors Dings.
It was the perfect send off for player/manager Anthony Suter who is leaving the club after playing for 9 seasons to take up employment in Kingston upon Thames.
Nathan Tucker, Marcus Cowles and Jim Rugman scored Drybrook’s tries with skipper Andy Milner adding 2 conversions.

Drybrook’s 3rd string cemented their place at the top of the division with this excellent victory over second place Tewkesbury.
Chris Rawlings, who is currently on fire, scored 2 of his team’s tries as well as adding 4 conversions. Other tries were added by Jon Pritchard, Jimmy Ryder, Ben Steward, Jamie Roberts and Kane Hale.
