Drybrook ladies went down to Guildford Gazelles once again playing the unknown.
Drybrook kicked off and chased hard but Guildford managed to move the ball well and drive Drybrook back into their own half.
On the twelfth minute Guildford scored punishing Drybrook for a few mistakes.
Both sides were keeping the ball tight, on the 24th minute Drybrooks Hannah Meek ran from her twelve position right around the defence to score out wide on the left.
However the next try came five minutes before half time from Guildford increasing the lead to 14 – 5 to the home side.

The second half kicked off and Drybrook, for the first time seemed switched on and

believed they could get back on track.
On the 55th minute Guildford managed to break through the Drybrook line to score again increasing the score to 19 – 5.
From the restart Drybrook applied pressure on the Guildford 22 line and with just 20 minutes left on the clock a charged down kick by Ellie Underwood put the skipper in for a try under the posts which she converted closing the gap to 19 – 12. .
No further score came until the last ten minutes when Guildford managed to score three tries to end the game and secure the win for Guildford 38 – 12.
