Steve “Turk”Turley did not attend the end of season dinner in 2014 to pick up his 3rd team player of the year award and so it was left at the club gathering dust.
He failed to attend the 2015 dinner either so it was decided to take the trophy to the man himself.
This morning at 8.30am a pair of legs were seen sticking out from under a Vauxhall Corsa in the Steam Mills area which were instantly recognised as belonging to Turk.
A few moments later he was happy to down tools and pose for the camera to record his achievement.
