Drybrook Extras were well beaten by a Bucks outfit that contained too much pace and youth in this match played in the Easter sunshine at Dockham Road.
Rhys Evans put Drybrook into an early lead with a penalty but Cinderford began to dominate territory and after 16 minutes scored their first try. A driven line out in the corner was initially defended but constant probing eventually led to a score.
Cinderford increased their lead with a penalty on 29 minutes with Drybrook then forced to bring on Steve Williams and Joe James to replace the injured pair of Ben Warren and Connor Hale.

Evans added a second penalty for Drybrook and then winger Kane Hale sparked some life into an otherwise poor Drybrook performance with a strong run in front of the grandstand.
That was about as good as it got for Drybrook who fell further behind on 39 minutes when Cinderford broke out of defence with pace to score under the sticks.
A lengthy period of first half injury time led to Cinderford scoring another try on 48 minutes following a simple blind side move from a 5 metre scrum.

One minute into the second half it was game over when Cinderford scored another try from an almost identical move down the unprotected blindside of a scrum.

It looked like being a long second half for Drybrook but they rallied and had a prolonged period of pressure but could not break through.
One had the impression that if Cinderford could get the ball wide then a try was almost inevitable and it duly came on 16 minutes with a long range score under the Drybrook posts.
Drybrook showed some character after this and controlled the ball and territory for a long period but lacked the ability or imagination to make any impression on the Buck’s defence.
